Red Flasher In Box Frame

A stunning Red Flasher butterfly in a handmade wooden frame mounted on high-quality acid-free conservation board. The Latin and region names are printed underneath the specimen.

Panacea Prola or also known as the red flasher is part of the family Nymphalidae can be found from Costa Rica to southern Brazil. The underside of the hindwings is bright red without markings.

The wingspan grows to be aroud 6-7 cm.
